  18. To my knowledge, presently 28.8 is the fastest.  28.8 k is still
  19. transmitted at 2400 baud, using phase manipulation.  If I remember, all
  20. the phase locations are used up in 28.8, but they might come up with some
  21. compression or other magic to go faster.
